Seaside Gin was inspired by a walk along the shores of Shirley, B.C., where founders Jason and Alayne MacIsaac were struck by the raw beauty of the West Coast and dreamed of capturing its essence in a bottle.The flavour profile — delicately savoury, citrusy, and bright — was inspired by that moment, and features sustainably harvested local kelp to evoke the salty ocean breeze.
