Sentry Aerospares Announces Completion of Leadership Transition Plan

WATFORD, United Kingdom and MORGANVILLE, N.J., July 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Sentry Aerospares ("Sentry" or the "Company"), a global leader in the distribution of high-value, hard-to-find rotable components for civil aircraft, today announced the completion of a leadership transition plan that has been underway since 2023. At the center of this plan is Boris Wolstenholme's ascension to Group Chief Executive Officer, a role with responsibilities that he has been undertaking for the majority of his tenure at Sentry Aerospares which began in April 2023. Adam Nemenyi, founder of Aerospares 2000 who had held the title of Group CEO, will join Sentry Aerospace founder Tony DiSimone as Co-Executive Chairman, and will also serve as Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Nemenyi will continue to be actively involved with Sentry Aerospares and focus on the areas such as geographic and product line expansion where the majority of his time has been spent over the last two years. In his role as Group CEO, Mr. Wolstenholme will continue to work closely with Chris DiSimone and Tony DiSimone, Jr., Sentry's Co-Presidents of U.S. Operations.

Mr. Wolstenholme has a more than 25-year track record growing businesses in the aviation aftermarket. He brings with him tremendous industry experience having served as Chief Executive Officer of AJW Aviation, and most recently as Managing Director of Gama Aviation's Business Aviation group. In his time at AJW, Boris was instrumental in growing revenue to approximately $500 million, as well as diversifying AJW's lines of business and customer base. Moreover, Boris has spearheaded the continued development and enhancement of Sentry's data analytics initiatives and has been responsible for numerous operational efficiencies and commercials successes.
