NEW YORK, March 22, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Scholastic Corporation (NASDAQ: SCHL) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the Company's Class A and Common Stock for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2023. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2023, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 28, 2023.
