Jeff has previously held roles at Vonage and several other Chicago-based firms, where he developed a strong understanding of technologies like AI, CX, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services. Jeff's combined expertise and breadth of relationships will also be instrumental in continuing to build our Partner base in the Central region.
