Among the highlights of the three-day event, SKS presented a featured culinary seminar with Bittman and SKS Executive Chef Nick Ritchie called, Mark Bittman's in Hot Water – Turning Up the Heat on Sous Vide, Steam and Searing. The duo prepared caraway rye bread, sous vide egg jam and ricotta dumplings with hen sauce using SKS's advanced cooking appliances.
