The simple, two-piece Shaftloc^® design allows for quick and easy mounting or repositioning of hubless gears, sprockets, and pulleys, without compromising torque or performance. Installed using standard tools, the inner and outer sleeves, which have hexagonal heads, feature a unique thread profile that delivers strong clamping force, resists vibration, and provides fully adjustable, quick lock-and-release functionality.

Shaftloc^® is available in four styles: A-Type, M-Type, Double-Ended, and Single-Ended. The Double-Ended style (A 7Z37-… series) secures components between two opposing hexagonal heads. In contrast, the Single-Ended styles (A 7Z39-… and A 7Z39M… series) feature both hexagonal heads on the same side, keeping the face of the mounted component unobstructed. Features include all stainless steel construction, applicable for small shaft diameters and will not damage the shaft.
