CHICAGO, July 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- SAI360, the leader in integrated risk and compliance software, has acquired Germany-based Lawcode GmbH, creators of Hintbox — a next-generation whistleblower hotline and case management platform trusted across the DACH region. This strategic acquisition marks a major leap forward in modernizing the U.S. hotline case management and reporting landscape.

The move brings a secure, feature-rich alternative to outdated hotline systems that have long dominated the U.S. market. Hintbox's no-code software platform is known for its rapid deployment, multi-language support, anonymous two-way communication, and AI-enhanced workflows — all wrapped in a GDPR-compliant, ISO 27001-certified security framework.
