Redhawk Welcomes Victor Minella as Strategic Advisor

Former senior Department of the Navy official to support Redhawk's defense and national security modernization efforts

IRVING, Texas, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Redhawk, a growing defense and national security technology firm, today announced that Victor Minella, CEO of Minella Global Strategies, LLC, has joined the company as a Strategic Advisor.

Minella brings decades of senior leadership experience across national security, defense, intelligence, and the Department of the Navy, including his service performing the duties of the Under Secretary of the Navy. In this advisory role, Minella will support Redhawk as the company works with the Navy and other defense and intelligence customers to advance mission-focused modernization, strengthen secure data interoperability through Redhawk's Central Data eXchange (CDX), and deliver technology that improves operational visibility and supports faster, more informed decision-making.
