Raje Dwaraka Named Chief Financial Officer of Student Transportation of America

WALL, N.J., Feb. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Student Transportation of America (STA), announced today that Raje Dwaraka has joined the company's Leadership Team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Dwaraka is a senior finance executive with 25 years of leadership experience across public, private and PE-backed companies in diverse industries including manufacturing, technology and services.

Dwaraka is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Accountant (CA). She earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Madras University, India. Most recently, Dwaraka served as CFO of Davis-Standard and prior to that, she held the Chief Accounting Officer role at Nielson IQ. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to enhance operational performance, steer strategic initiatives and lead financial teams in manufacturing and service industries, positioning companies for continued success.
