ATLANTA, April 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- RPC, Inc. (NYSE: RES) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share payable June 10, 2026 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on May 11, 2026.
