Perimeter Security Partners Acquires Shore Systems and Shore Technology Group

BRENTWOOD, Tenn., Sept. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- On August 27^th, 2025, Perimeter Security Partners ("PSP") acquired Shore Systems, Inc. and Shore Technology Group, Inc. ("Shore").

Founded by Chris Guido in 1996 in Long Island, New York, Shore specializes in the installation and ongoing maintenance and monitoring of CCTV cameras and access control security systems. Over the past three decades, Shore developed relationships with some of the most highly regarded retail and financial services customers nationally and internationally on a foundation of technical expertise, responsive service and customized solutions. Chris will continue to lead Shore as its President and has become an equity partner in Perimeter Security Partners.
