Peoples Ltd. Declares First Quarter Dividend
WYALUSING, Pa., Feb. 27, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Peoples Ltd. (OTC: PPLL) Anthony J. Gabello, President and Chief Executive Officer of Peoples Ltd., has announced that the Board of Directors has declared a first quarter cash dividend in the amount of $0.55 per share payable on March 31, 2020. The cash dividend represents an 8.9% increase over the cash dividend paid in the first quarter 2019 of $0.51 as adjusted for the 2019 year-end 5% stock dividend.
The declaration of dividend, made at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors on February 26, 2020, is payable to shareholders of record March 16, 2020.
