Pender Capital Appoints Andrew Tran as Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Tran will lead accounting, finance, and operational functions. He brings over 30 years of experience in financial services and alternative investment management, with a strong focus on building internal controls, policies, and risk management frameworks.
Before joining Pender, Tran spent nearly 16 years overseeing finance, accounting, and operations at Coast Asset Management as Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer. His experience includes consulting for American Honda Finance, serving as Controller at HSBC Securities Canada, and working as an Audit Manager at Deloitte.
