Rich Black to retire. John Sullivan, COO, and Justin Deal, VP, named partners.

Justin Deal, vice president, and John Sullivan, chief operating officer, will be named partners. The remaining founder, Renee Deal, will become the majority partner, transforming the company into a women-owned business.
