Pavlov Media Acquires 45 Mile Fiber Ring from Dial Communications

CHAMPAIGN, Ill., March 19, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Pavlov Media has acquired a 45 mile fiber ring from Dial Communications in Tallahassee, Florida. Dial will retain the construction portion of its business.
