Pathstone to Acquire Crestone Capital LLC

The acquisition continues to strengthen Pathstone's position as the largest independent Registered Investment Advisor ("RIA") focused on serving ultra-high net worth ("UHNW") families

ENGLEWOOD, N.J. and BOULDER, Colo., Feb. 15, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Pathstone, a partner-owned advisory firm offering comprehensive, highly customized investment advice and family office services, today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Crestone Capital ("Crestone"). Based in Boulder, Colo., Crestone delivers a suite of fully integrated investment management and wealth advisory services to an exclusive network of entrepreneurs, business owners, and their families.
