POTOMAC BANCSHARES, INC. DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

CHARLES TOWN, W.Va., Jan. 19, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- (OTC: PTBS) – The Board of Directors of Potomac Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company"), the one bank holding company for Bank of Charles Town (BCT), declared at their January Board meeting a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share.  The dividend is for all shareholders of record on February 2, 2024, and will be paid on February 9, 2024.
