PCS Software Welcomes Jason Douglass as Vice President of Community & Engagement

This newly created role reflects PCS's belief that a strong community is the foundation of a strong transportation industry. Jason will lead efforts to bring carriers, brokers, and partners closer together, ensuring PCS continues to listen, learn, and support the people who move freight every day.

With over 18 years of experience in the trucking and transportation sector, Jason brings unmatched domain expertise spanning operations, compliance, and driver experience. He has held leadership roles at James H Clark & Son, Inc. and Stokes Trucking, where he successfully managed complex logistics, operational scale, and stakeholder relationships. His background gives him a unique perspective on the daily challenges facing carriers and brokers — the same challenges PCS is committed to solving.

Jason is also widely recognized for his active engagement in industry forums and associations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Utah Trucking Association, is an active leader in Project 61, and is an alumnus of the first TCA Young Leaders program. Jason also serves on three different TCA committees — Recruiting & Retention, TCA University, and the Elevate Young Leaders program — and was a Top 3 finalist for Transport Topics Recruiter of the Year in 2023. His reputation as a connector and advocate makes him an ideal leader to represent PCS within the broader transportation ecosystem.

In his new role, Jason will represent PCS in key industry groups, partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success to support strategic customers, and amplify PCS's voice across the transportation community.
