Bill Donato, President of Retail Insurance

In his new role, Donato will have full P&L responsibility for all of Patriot's Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits business. Donato will continue to oversee Patriot's Northeast Region, where he has successfully partnered with agencies to drive growth, strengthen collaboration, and achieve greater alignment.

Bringing more than 30 years of industry experience, Donato is recognized for his ability to build strong relationships, develop effective growth strategies, and inspire teams to achieve their full potential.

Bob Monard, Chief Financial Officer

Since joining Patriot in 2024 as Chief Accounting Officer, Monard has been instrumental in enhancing Patriot's accounting function and advancing a more client-focused approach to finance. With over 20 years of accounting experience in the insurance brokerage industry, Monard brings deep expertise and a proven track record of operational excellence.

In his new role as Chief Financial Officer, Monard will oversee all aspects of Patriot's financial strategy and performance, guiding the organization to ensure a strong foundation for continued expansion.

Clara Arrington, General Counsel

Arrington joined Patriot nearly four years ago and has made a lasting impact on the company's legal strategy and operations. With over 10 years of legal and litigation experience, she has consistently provided valuable insight and fostered a strong alignment between the legal department and Patriot's partner agencies.

As General Counsel, Arrington will oversee Patriot's legal department, including corporate governance, M&A legal matters, and ongoing operational support. She will also partner closely with the compliance team to ensure the company remains well-positioned for the future.
