Texas contractor executes Employee Stock Ownership Plan

FORT WORTH, Texas, Jan. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Paragon Sports Constructors is excited to announce that it has become a 100% employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). 

Over the last 16 years, Paragon Sports Constructors (PSC) has established itself as one of the leaders in sports construction in Texas by building synthetic turf and natural grass athletic fields, running tracks, and courts through design-build and turn-key construction and maintenance services. PSC's people are the company's greatest strength; they have helped build the company and now they will have a tangible stake in its future success.
