Leaders Bring Expertise in Homeland Security and Fortune 500 Global Operations
Jim Dinkins is a nationally recognized leader with over 30 years of experience in federal law enforcement, national security and intelligence. He currently serves as President of Thomson Reuters Special Services (TRSS), a provider of mission-critical solutions to federal agencies. Previously, Dinkins led anti-money laundering and financial crimes compliance efforts as Senior Vice President at US Bank. He also served as Chief of the Cornerstone and Financial Investigation Programs at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As the founder of M.D. Livingstone Consulting, LLC, Livingstone provides supply chain solutions and strategic operational insights. She also co-founded WISE Beyond, a nonprofit that supports the next generation of supply chain professionals. Livingstone serves on several industry boards, including Werner Enterprises and Mastery Logistics Systems and plays key leadership roles at the University of Denver and Indiana University's supply chain institutes.
