Our Rescue Elects Two New Board Members

Leaders Bring Expertise in Homeland Security and Fortune 500 Global Operations

MINNEAPOLIS, April 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Our Rescue, a global non-governmental organization dedicated to combating sex trafficking and child exploitation, announces the appointment of two distinguished leaders to its Board of Directors: Jim Dinkins, President of Thomson Reuters Special Services, and Michelle Livingstone, Founder of M.D. Livingstone Consulting, LLC. These appointments reflect a pivotal time as Our Rescue continues to expand its domestic field operations and survivor care services and deepen its commitment to disrupting criminal trafficking networks around the world.

Jim Dinkins is a nationally recognized leader with over 30 years of experience in federal law enforcement, national security and intelligence. He currently serves as President of Thomson Reuters Special Services (TRSS), a provider of mission-critical solutions to federal agencies. Previously, Dinkins led anti-money laundering and financial crimes compliance efforts as Senior Vice President at US Bank. He also served as Chief of the Cornerstone and Financial Investigation Programs at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Following the 9/11 attacks, Dinkins led the development of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), overseeing a $2 billion budget, 9,000 employees and global operations targeting transnational criminal organizations and national security threats worldwide.

Michelle Livingstone brings over 30 years of experience in supply chain management and logistics at major corporations including Kraft Foods, J.C. Penney and C&S Wholesale Grocers as well as The Home Depot as Vice President of Transformation for 14 years. As the founder of M.D. Livingstone Consulting, LLC, Livingstone provides supply chain solutions and strategic operational insights. She also co-founded WISE Beyond, a nonprofit that supports the next generation of supply chain professionals. Livingstone serves on several industry boards, including Werner Enterprises and Mastery Logistics Systems and plays key leadership roles at the University of Denver and Indiana University's supply chain institutes. Previously, she served on the boards of the Atlanta Children's Shelter and Rainbow Village, focused on providing daycare and housing services for families in need.
