Adam joined Optima Partners in 2019 with over 20-years of compliance industry experience.  Prior to joining Optima, Adam worked with several high-profile firms during his extensive and distinguished career. They include J. Goldman & Co., L.P., an SEC and NFA registered multi-strategy hedge fund manager with long/short equity and quantitative strategies, where he was a Partner and served as Chief Compliance Officer for over 12 years. Adam was a member of the firm's Executive Committee; led governance restructuring and jointly oversaw the HR, IR, Operations, and IT Departments. At JGC, he managed all legal and regulatory compliance matters globally, including the design, implementation and assessment of the firm's global compliance programs.  Previously, Adam served as the Global Chief Compliance Officer of John A. Levin & Co./BKF Asset Management, a publicly traded global asset management firm comprised of long-only strategies, multi-strategy hedge funds, mutual funds and a broker-dealer subsidiary.
