OpenRewards Program Officially Launches in Fairview, Texas

Local shoppers can now earn cash rewards just by supporting Fairview businesses

FAIRVIEW, Texas, Aug. 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Fairview Economic Development Corporation (EDC), in partnership with the Community Development Corporation (CDC), is pleased to announce the official launch of Open Rewards—a community-first incentive program that rewards shoppers with cash back for shopping local.

As of today, anyone shopping at retail businesses in Fairview can submit receipts online and receive cash rewards—no strings attached. There's no app to download, and no need for businesses to sign up or manage the process. Shoppers upload their receipts from any qualifying Fairview business to start earning.

"This program reflects our commitment to small businesses and to the people who make Fairview such a special place," said Sim Israleoff, Chairman of the Fairview EDC Board. "Open Rewards is our way of saying 'thank you' for choosing to spend your dollars here. It supports our local economy in a smart, forward-thinking way—with zero burden on our business owners."

The program is part of a broader pilot initiative that runs through January 31, 2026, and is designed to both reward community members for shopping local and drive more traffic to local storefronts.
