OmniActive Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Bio-gen

(Bio-gen) in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

By bringing the lawsuit against Bio-gen, OmniActive is protecting the valuable intellectual property rights it obtained in U.S. Patent No. 10,532,035 ('035 Patent) against Bio-gen's infringing commercial activities from its Lute-gen^®.
