Decorated Army Veteran and Federal Strategy Leader to Drive Next Phase of Growth and Innovation

A decorated Army veteran and respected federal contracting leader, Ellerbe brings over four decades of experience spanning national defense, government technology, and enterprise business development.

Ellerbe most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer for NTT DATA Federal, where he drove the company's 3–5-year strategic growth plan and cultivated a $1.6 billion pipeline of high-value opportunities. Under his leadership, NTT DATA achieved a 77% recompete win rate while expanding its cybersecurity, data, and AI capabilities across the federal space. From 2009 to 2022, he served as Client Executive for the Department of Defense portfolio, managing enterprise-level initiatives for the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Special Operations Command.

Throughout his career, Ellerbe has led mission-critical transformations, including the Air Force's successful migration of its ILS-S logistics application to Cloud One, an effort that reduced annual hosting costs by $25 million and implemented fully automated, cloud-native deployment models.

A West Point graduate and retired U.S. Army officer, Ellerbe's military service included deployments to Somalia, Haiti, and Kosovo, as well as strategic leadership positions with XVIII Airborne Corps and CENTCOM. He holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, and has been awarded the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart, and numerous other honors.
