OPPENHEIMER HOLDINGS INC. DECLARES SPECIAL DIVIDEND

NEW YORK, Dec. 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ - Oppenheimer Holdings Inc. (NYSE: OPY) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend on OPY Class A non-voting and Class B voting common stock of $1.00 per share, payable January 9, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 26, 2025. The aggregate payment will be approximately $10.5 million. The special dividend will be funded through OPY's existing cash management activities.
