Board of Directors declares quarterly dividend

OKLAHOMA CITY, Sept. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- OGE Energy Corp. (NYSE: OGE), the parent company of Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company, announced today the appointment of 23-year company veteran and current director of investor relations, Jason Bailey as Treasurer. Bailey will add treasury operations to his portfolio and retain investor relations, risk management and insurance in his new role.

Additionally, the Board of Directors approved a fourth quarter dividend of $0.425 per common share of stock, to be paid on October 31, 2025, to shareholders of record on October 6, 2025.
