RICHARDSON, Texas, Feb. 14, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- NuZee, Inc. (NASDAQ: NUZE), a leading coffee co-packing and technology company, today announced that it has filed a Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to request an automatic extension for filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q ("Form 10-Q") for the first fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2023. The Company expects to file the Form 10-Q on or before the extension deadline of February 19, 2024.
