Nova Releases 2025 Sustainability Insight Report

REHOVOT, Israel, April 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Nova (NASDAQ: NVMI), a leading innovator and a key provider of advanced metrology and process control solutions used in semiconductor manufacturing, today announced that it has published the Company's second Sustainability Insight Report. The Report provides details on the Company's sustainability strategy, vision, and goals and progress the Company has made since the 2022 Insight Review.

The Report reflects the Nova's ongoing maturation in embedding principals of sustainability, governance and social responsibility into the operating model of the company, including announcing an updated set of goals that place greater emphasis on our key environmental and social impacts that support business performance. The new report details key achievements the Company has made since the prior report, including achieving 88% renewable energy use and a significant reduction in scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (from a 2022 baseline). Additional achievements include a 35% internal mobility rate, a professional certification program to better serve customers, and a 148% increase in employee volunteering hours (from a 2022 baseline), a proven index of employee engagement and productivity.
