MINNEAPOLIS, Jan. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Northborne Partners is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to KLM Acquisition Corporation, dba Aluma Trailers ("Aluma"), in its sale to Novae, a portfolio company of Brightstar Capital Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
