Nordstrom Rack to Open New Location in Suwanee, GA

SEATTLE, June 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) announced plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack in Suwanee, GA in fall 2025.

Lionello added that in this location "customers will be able to take advantage of our convenient services such as online order pick up from both Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com, and they can make returns easily."

The 34,000 square-foot store will be located in Johns Creek Town Center, a popular shopping center that includes Sprouts, Kohl's, HomeGoods, Ulta, Michael's and more. Johns Creeks is owned and managed by Big V Property Group and is ideally located northeast of Atlanta at the highly trafficked intersection of McGinnis Ferry Road and Peachtree Parkway.

This new location expands the company's physical footprint and economic impact in Georgia. It currently operates two Nordstrom stores and six Nordstrom Rack stores in Georgia, generating more than 700 jobs statewide.
