Nomination Committee's proposal for Board of Directors of AB SKF

GOTHENBURG, Sweden, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- In accordance with the Nomination Committee Charter adopted at the Annual General Meeting, the members who, together with the Chair of the Board, constitute the Nomination Committee in preparation of the Annual General Meeting 2027 have been elected.

The Nomination Committee consists of:

Marcus Wallenberg, appointed by FAM,
Henning Elmberger, appointed by Cevian Capital,
Mathias Collén, appointed by AFA Försäkring,
Javiera Ragnartz, appointed by SEB Funds,
Anders Jonsson, appointed by Skandia, and
Hans Stråberg, Chair of the Board.

The Annual General Meeting of AB SKF will be held in Gothenburg on Wednesday, 21 April 2027.
