NobleReach Announces Second Class of 2025 Scholars

28 participants were selected from a pool of 1200 applicants and placed in public service tech roles across 15 federal, state and local government agencies and five mission-driven industry partners

WASHINGTON, Aug. 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- NobleReach™ Foundation today announced the 2025 class of NobleReach Scholars, building on the success of last year's inaugural class.

This year's NobleReach Scholars – 28 recent graduates and early-career professionals skilled in essential areas like artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and more – will embark on one-year placements in public service tech roles at 15 federal, state and local government organizations and five mission-driven private sector partners. The second-ever cohort of Scholars was selected from a pool of over 1200 applicants from over 100 universities nationwide.

Beginning in September, the 2025 NobleReach Scholars will join organizations transforming public service through technology across the country, including:

Scholars will engage in four critical areas: artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, business process innovation and materials manufacturing.

In addition to full-time employment by their host organization, Scholars will receive a pre-placement stipend to cover relocation and setup costs, an orientation bootcamp, quarterly professional development workshops and one-on-one mentorship from leading public and private sector leaders across the four core themes.
