Acquisitions expand the Company's presence into new Pennsylvania and Vermont markets

CHICAGO, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- New Harbor Capital ("New Harbor") announced today that portfolio company MD Esthetics ("MDE", the "Company") has completed four strategic add-on acquisitions in the first half of 2026. The four acquisitions grow the Company from 12 to 35 total locations. They also mark its entry into two new markets, Pennsylvania and Vermont, broadening its multi-site presence across the Northeast.

MD Esthetics is a medical aesthetics and wellness business offering a comprehensive range of services, including hormone therapy, IV therapy, cosmetic skin laser treatments, and injectables, delivered through a holistic and thoughtful approach to patient care.
