Natural Choice Foods Welcomes New CEO, Mark Fleming

MARNE, Mich., July 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Natural Choice Foods is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Fleming as President & Chief Executive Officer, effective June 23, 2025. With this leadership transition, the company is entering an exciting new chapter focused on continued innovation, growth, and service to our customers, vendor partners, and communities.

Mark is a veteran CPG executive with 30 years of experience managing branded, private label, foodservice, and contract-manufactured products. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Urban Farmer, a leading manufacturer of better-for-you frozen foods—specifically gluten-free pizza, pizza crusts, and snacks.

Before that, Mark held several senior leadership roles at TreeHouse Foods, the largest pure-play private label food manufacturer in the U.S. He served as President of the Meal Preparation Division, overseeing a $3.2 billion portfolio across 16 high-penetration food categories, as well as President of the Baked Goods and Meals divisions.

Earlier in his career, Mark built his leadership foundation at ConAgra, H.J. Heinz, and Kraft, where he led some of the most iconic brands in the food industry—including Heinz Ketchup, Smart Ones frozen meals, A.1. Steak Sauce and Honey Bunches of Oats cereal.

Mark holds an M.B.A. from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College.
