MOBILE, Ala., June 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Nations Roof LLC, a leading commercial roofing contractor in the United States, announced its acquisition of Grizzly Commercial Roofing, a commercial roofing contractor headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded by Clint Baer and Phil Devey, Grizzly Commercial Roofing has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, responsive service, and trusted relationships with their clients throughout the region.
