("Nutex Health" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: NUTX) announced that it has rescheduled the release of its financial results and conference call related to the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2024, which had previously been scheduled for March 27, 2025 and March 28, 2025, respectively. Nutex currently expects to issue its fourth quarter and full year 2024 financial results after market close on Monday, March 31, 2025, the official SEC filing deadline. The Company currently expects to hold its conference call on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. ET. The Company is using all of the time allowed by regulation before releasing financial results and holding the conference call in order to complete its year-end reporting process.
