NOVATAE RISK GROUP NAMES KIMBERLY JENKINS AS NEW COO

DALLAS, Oct. 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Novatae Risk Group (Novatae), the wholesale business of leading insurance brokerage World Insurance Associates (World), announced that Kimberly Jenkins has joined as the firm's new chief operating officer. In this role, Jenkins will drive Novatae's operations and business strategy by leading and executing initiatives focused on profitable growth through enhanced operational effectiveness and efficiency across the organization, evolving systems and infrastructures and building out best-in-class client solutions to deliver exceptional client experiences. She will be a key contributor to the Novatae Executive Leadership team and World's Corporate Operations Leadership team.

Jenkins has more than 25 years of leadership experience in client service operations. Most recently, she was the head of strategic planning, and formerly chief M&A officer, at DUAL North America. Prior to that she was the operations leader for large accounts at Willis Towers Watson. She also held operations leadership roles at Nielson and Hewitt Associates. Jenkins holds an MBA from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
