Mohr Partners Taps Burnside, Pollock to Open Cleveland Office

DALLAS, March 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Mohr Partners, Inc., a top-three global occupier-focused corporate real estate advisory firm, has recruited industry veterans Dennis Burnside and Scott Pollock to establish an office in Cleveland, Ohio.

Burnside and Pollock will join as Managing Partners and co-market leaders for Ohio, with a mission to expand the company's presence by opening additional offices in Columbus and Cincinnati.

Before joining Mohr Partners, the pair worked together at Vestian, where they formed the leadership of the firm's Cleveland office.

Burnside returns to Mohr Partners after leaving a decade ago to establish his own independent real estate advisory firm formerly known as Juniper Solutions. Over his 30-plus-year career, Burnside has represented large and small corporate organizations, the economic development community and the commercial real estate service and investment industry.

He has considerable experience in transaction and portfolio management services, consultancy and real estate advisory.

Pollock has worked for more than 22 years in commercial real estate, with experience in purchase, sale and lease transactions, incentives negotiations, economic development consulting and large-scale foreign and domestic site selection assignments.

Throughout his career, Scott has played a pivotal role in transactions exceeding $1 billion in total capitalized value and has cultivated broad experience across multiple asset types.
