KANSAS CITY, Mo., Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Midland Industries ("Midland"), a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital and a leading provider of fittings, valves, flow control, hose, and related connection products, announced today its acquisition of Pegasus Supply Group, LLC ("Pegasus"). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Pegasus is a leading supplier of industrial and electronic connection products, including cable ties, wire harnesses, heat shrink products, and related maintenance and repair products. The company also provides value-added services such as wire harness and cable assembly, engineering and technical support, and custom cutting and marking.
