The expansion will provide MDG with the necessary space to increase its fermentation and lyophilization capacities while supporting the company's mission to Feed, Clean, Save the World. Once the expansion project is complete, MDG will have added roughly 20,000 liters of fermentation capacity, creating a total capacity of 55,000 liters across all three of their production locations. This will support the commercialization of MDG's proprietary products as well as those of their contract manufacturing clients.
