The plan, created in collaboration with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Los Angeles, the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate, and the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate, outlines strategies to accelerate rebuilding through coordinated partnerships between the public and private sectors.
