McGowan Acquires Aegis Professional Risk from K2 Insurance Services

FAIRVIEW PARK, Ohio, July 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The McGowan Companies ("McGowan") has acquired the assets associated with the Aegis Professional Risk ("Aegis Pro Risk") division of Aegis General Insurance Agency, Inc., from K2 Insurance Services, LLC ("K2"), via an asset purchase agreement.
