The decrease in gross profit margin was primarily due (i) an increase in raw material cost and labor cost, and (ii) the Company's strategic shift toward a volume-driven model, which prioritizes market share growth over near-term margins.

The increase was mainly due to an increase in the bad debt expense of approximately$95,000 , as a result of the slow collection of accounts receivables. - Research and development expenses were
$0.46 million for the first half of fiscal year 2025, representing an increase of 53.50% from$0.30 million for the same period of last year. The increase was primarily attributable to the research and development of five projects related to technologies for production processes.

Recent Development
On July 8, 2025, the Company completed its initial public offering (the "Offering") of 1,625,000 A shares at a public price of US$4.00 per share. The gross proceeds were US$6.5 million from the Offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions, and other expenses. The Company's A shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on July 7, 2025, under the ticker symbol "MAMK."
