MasterClass Launches A Sommelier's Snob-Free Guide to Wine

Master Sommelier Emily Wines ditches snobbery, debunks wine myths and empowers members to enjoy wine their way

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 21, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- MasterClass, the streaming platform where anyone can learn from the world's best, today announced A Sommelier's Snob-Free Guide to Wine with Master Sommelier Emily Wines. One of only 15 Master Sommeliers to ever pass the test on the first try, Wines will teach MasterClass members how to pick, pair and pour wine like a pro, whether they are choosing a bottle for a holiday party or enjoying a night in. In this class, Wines will guide members through the five S's of wine tasting—sight, swirl, smell, sip and savor—to help them better understand what flavor components and aromas they like.
