DALLAS, Nov. 11, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Mammoth Holdings LLC, America's premier express car wash platform, announced the recent opening of its newest location, Silverstar Car Wash in Bettendorf, Iowa, making it the company's 150^th site. This is Mammoth's latest site opening that aligns with the company's dual growth strategy of developing greenfield operations while also acquiring existing brands.
