MIRASOL BREAKS GROUND ON NEXT PHASE OF MIRASOL MASTER PLAN

The 41,000-square-foot building will serve as the home of golf operations, a casual restaurant, and member-focused amenities

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., June 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Country Club at Mirasol has officially broken ground on a dynamic new 41,000-square-foot multipurpose building, marking a major milestone in the Club's multi-year Master Plan transformation. Designed to elevate both functionality and member experience, the new facility will become a central hub for golf operations and lively, social dining.

The elegant two-story multipurpose building is set to include:

• A dynamic restaurant which will be designed for year-round indoor/outdoor enjoyment, offering sweeping views of the 18th holes of both the Sunrise and Sunset golf courses and renovated practice facilities
• A fully reimagined Golf Shop with expanded retail and custom-fitting services
• A convenient grab-and-go dining outlet for the Club's active membership
• An expansive cart storage area, maximizing efficiency and aesthetics

The project is part of Mirasol's long-range Master Plan, a multi-phase initiative focused on enhancing infrastructure, lifestyle amenities, and the overall member experience. Previous milestones have included enhancements to fitness and wellness facilities, dining venues, and outdoor social spaces. The next project, which will commence in July, will be a state-of-the-art, 18,000-square-foot indoor pickleball facility, making Mirasol one of the first private residential communities in South Florida to offer this premier amenity.

Palm Beach Gardens Mayor Marcie Tinsley, who attended the Club's ceremonial groundbreaking ceremony in late April, celebrated Mirasol and its members by saying that with the addition of this new facility, "[Mirasol is] creating an opportunity for memories, for experiences, that will last an absolute lifetime."
