MDA SPACE COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF SATIXFY COMMUNICATIONS

Further enhances the company's end-to-end satellite offering as demand for digital constellations grows

(TSX: MDA), a leading provider of advanced technology and services to the rapidly expanding global space industry, today announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of SatixFy Communications Ltd. ("SatixFy"), a leader in next-generation satellite communication solutions based on in-house-designed chipsets.
