Foundation donates cash and marketing services through employee-directed model

SAN DIEGO, Feb. 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- TEAM LEWIS has reached a new milestone in its support of community causes. Since 2021, the TEAM LEWIS Foundation has supported over 2,000 charities through its employee-directed program.

Each colleague can donate $1,000 of company funds to a charity of their choice. In 2024, team members nominated 544 charities, and the Foundation dedicated over 5,500 hours to related creative campaigns.

In 2024, TEAM LEWIS CEO Chris Lewis and VP of Professional Development Inez Odom co-authored "The Silent Rebellion: Becoming a Modern Leader." The book explores modern leadership in the post-pandemic world, drawing on historical lessons and featuring insights from the leaders of communities supported by the Foundation.
