DENVER, July 27, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC), one of the nation's leading homebuilders, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of thirty-three cents ($0.33) per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 to shareholders of record on Wednesday, August 12, 2020.
